DESCRIPTION
Please join a collaborative team in our OB GYN practice! There is an opportunity to work with the Physicians in Women's Health and care for the patients within our community in Rockland County. May perform phlebotomy and/or injections for the patient and make patient callbacks with lab test results and diagnosis. May assist the physician with minor procedures.
Licensed New graduates in the LPN program are welcome to apply! Training is available.

QUALIFICATIONS
HS graduate required. An Associates degree preferred. Experience as an LPN preferred. BLS Certification required. A NYS LPN License, Current NYS Registration required. Familiarity with using an electronic medical records system; EPIC preferred. Effective communication skills with patients and their family members, physicians and other members of the multidisciplinary health care team. Must be comfortable with working independently but also part of a team.
