Join us for a free demo by FIT4MOM Rockland, which offers fitness and community by moms for moms. Stroller Strides is FIT4MOM’s signature class featuring total-body movement for moms while engaging their little ones in a stroller with songs, puppets, bubbles, and more! This class is safe for all moms including pregnant and newly postpartum.
We encourage moms to wear sneakers and bring water, a mat or towel, and a smile!
