Direct clinical responsibility for evaluation and treatment of assigned patients. Participates in the Professional Advisory, Clinical Record Review and PI Committees. Provides occupational therapy related education/support to staff and/or the community as requested. Evaluates the job performance of contract and/or other staff occupational therapists. Makes recommendations to the Supervisor of Ancillary Services whenever corrective/disciplinary action to be taken.
Training/Certification: Bachelors of Science in Occupational Therapy.
Licensure NYS Licensure and current registration in Occupational Therapy, Valid/Current Drivers License required
