A well rounded pharmacist who will be expected to function as an independent, frontline healthcare provider by interacting with patients, pharmacy staff, and members of multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Safely and accurately treat patients by critically reviewing clinical status and available therapeutic options. Participate in multidisciplinary rounds, monitor drug therapy, and intervene when clinically necessary by modifying therapy or consulting with prescribers to recommend alternatives.
