He received his Medical Doctorate from Hamburg University in Germany, his internship and residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York, NY and fellowship in Cardiology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York, NY. Dr. Jorde is the Section Head of Heart Failure at Montefiore. He is a world renowned expert in heart failure management and fluent in English and German.

She received her medical doctorate from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark, NJ. She completed her internship and residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in NY, NY, fellowships in Congestive Heart Failure Clinical Research and Cardiovascular Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center and a Fellowship in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplantation at Columbia University Medical Center in NY, NY. Judah Nathaniel Rauch, MD, is an Interventional Cardiologist at Montefiore Medical center and Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at our Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He is board certified in interventional cardiology, cardiovascular disease and internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. His clinical focus is on the treatment of patients with coronary artery disease. He has a particular interest in the care of patients with acute coronary syndromes, cardiogenic shock and complex coronary disease.
Dr. Rauch earned his Bachelor of Arts at Yeshiva University in 2006, followed by his Doctor of Medicine at New York University School of Medicine in 2010. He began his postdoctoral training at New York’s Mount Sinai Hospital, completing a residency in internal medicine in 2013, serving as chief resident in 2014 and completing a fellowship in cardiovascular disease in 2017. In 2018, he completed an interventional cardiology fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center and received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts that same year.
Dr. Rauch’s research builds on his clinical interests and is focused on bringing large, multi-site clinical trials to the Montefiore Health System, affording patients the opportunity to benefit from new and innovative therapies.
Mark Greenberg, MD, is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology. He earned his Medical Degree from the University of Illinois and completed his Medical Internship, Residency and Fellowship all at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, NY. He is currently the Director of Cardiology Services, Montefiore Westchester/Hudson Valley Region. In addition, he is Associate Chief, Cardiology Division, Montefiore Medical Center and Montefiore Einstein Center for Heart and Vascular Care. He has served as the Interim Chief of Cardiology, Director of Cardiac Catheterization and the Director of the Coronary Care Unit at Montefiore Medical Center. Dr. Greenberg is a professor of Medicine and an Associate Professor of Radiology at Montefiore Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He holds professional memberships in the American College of Cardiology, American Heart Association and the American College of Physicians.
Manaf Assafin, MD is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease Interventional Cardiology. He is an Interventional Cardiologist with Montefiore Medical Center. Dr. Assafin attended New York Medical College and completed his residency and fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center.

Michael Innerfield, MD, FACC, is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Interventional Cardiology, Nuclear Cardiology and Echocardiography. He currently practices at Crystal Run Healthcare in West Nyack, NY, and is an Assistant Professor of Surgery at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in New York, NY. Dr. Innerfield earned his medical degree from New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY, and has been in practice for 33 years. He is an attending physician at Bon Secours Community Hospital in Port Jervis, NY, Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern, NY, Englewood Hospital and Medical Center in Englewood, NJ, and Montefiore Nyack Hospital in Nyack, NY. William Gotsis, MD is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology.
