BryanDuane Bryan, MD, FACC, Medical Director, Nuclear Cardiology 

Dr. Duane Bryan is a board-certified physician in clinical cardiology, echocardiography and nuclear cardiology. He practices non-invasive cardiology at Advanced Cardiovascular Care in West Nyack, NY.

Dr. Bryan completed his undergraduate degree at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY and received his medical doctorate from Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, CT. He completed his Internship and Residency at New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell campus in New York, NY and his Cardiology Fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY.

Dr. Bryan is Chief Medical Director of Nuclear Cardiology at Montefiore Nyack Hospital in Nyack, NY. He is also the Co-Director to the Cardiac CT Angiography department. His clinical interests include adult clinical and consultative cardiology. He specializes in adult and trans-esophageal echocardiogram studies and interpretation.

Dr. Jared Corriel is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Echocardiology, Nuclear Cardiology and Cardiac CT Imaging. He is a registered physician of vascular interpretation practicing at Advanced Cardiovascular Care in West Nyack, NY.

Dr. Corriel received his medical doctorate from Tel Aviv University, Sackler School of Medicine in Tel Aviv, Israel. He completed his Internship and Residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center, in New York, NY and his Cardiology Fellowship at Beth Israel Medical Center, Albert Einstein School of Medicine in New York, NY. Dr. Corriel is affiliated with Montefiore Nyack Hospital, Nyack, N.Y. and Good Samaritan, Suffern, N.Y. Dr. Corriel is the Director of Echocardiography and Co-Director of Cardiac CT at Montefiore Nyack Hospital. 

 

GaballaDianna Gaballa, MD, FACC

Dianna Gaballa, MD, FACC, is a board-certified and fellowship trained cardiologist practicing at Highland Medical, Advanced Cardiovascular Care in West Nyack, NY.  Dr. Dianna Gaballa is board-certified in Cardiovascular Disease, Clinical Lipidology, Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology and Internal Medicine.  She received her medical doctorate from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Gaballa completed two fellowships, one in Preventive Cardiology at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City, NY and one in Cardiovascular Medicine at Deborah Heart and Lung Center in Browns Mills, NJ.  She is a member of the American College of Cardiology and National Lipid Association. Her special interests include preventative cardiology, lipidology and women’s cardiovascular health.

Mark Wesley Pomerantz, MD

Mark Pomerantz, MD is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Nuclear Cardiology and Echocardiography. He is joining the team at Highland Medical, Advanced Cardiovascular Care in West Nyack, NY with over 30 years of experience as a cardiologist in Rockland County.

Dr. Pomerantz completed his undergraduate studies at Brown University in Providence, RI and received his medical doctorate from New York University School of Medicine in New York, NY. He completed his Internship and Residency at New York University Medical Center and Bellevue Hospital Center in New York, NY and his fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, NY.

Dr. Pomerantz takes a special interest in coronary artery disease, cholesterol and lipids management, heart failure and valvular heart disease and preventative cardiology.

Dr. David Southren is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Critical Care, Lipidology, Echocardiography, Stress Echocardiography, Healthcare and Quality Management with subspecialty boards: Physician Advisor, Risk management, patient Safety and Case Management. He is the Division Director of Cardiology at Montefiore Nyack Hospital and the Physician Advisor at Montefiore Nyack Hospital. He practices clinical cardiology at Highland Medical, Advanced Cardiovascular Care in West Nyack, NY.

Dr. Southren received his medical doctorate from New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY. He completed his Internship and Residency at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO, and his Cardiology Fellowships at Emory University in Atlanta, GA, and New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY.

Dr. Southren is an Attending Physician in Cardiology, the Director of Cardiology and Physician Quality Advisor at Montefiore Nyack Hospital.
