Arup Bhadra

Arup Bhadra MD, is dual board certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in joint replacement surgery, including robotic-assisted knee/hip replacement surgery. He received his master’s degree from Cardiff University mastering in Orthopedic Engineering and completed his residency at Homerton University Hospital and Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, both in the United Kingdom. Dr. Bhadra was fellowship trained in Adult Reconstruction and Joint Replacement at University of Louisville and in Sports Medicine from Indiana University. Dr. Bhadra an Assistant Professor Orthopedic Surgery at New York Medical School, active in medical research and is published in peer reviewed journals. He is fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali.

He is Lieutenant Commander in the United States Marines Corps, Medical Corps of the U.S. Navy.

Dr. Fond was fellowship trained at Virginia Sports Medicine Institute at Georgetown University. Dr. Fond is the Director of Orthopedic Surgery at Montefiore Nyack Hospital, an Associate Clinical Professor and team physician at Dominican College and the team physician at St. Joseph’s Regional High School.
