Dr. Fleischer is a board-certified leading laparoscopic and robotic surgeon who specializes in the treatment of gastrointestinal disease, hernias, and breast diseases, both benign and malignant. He is Director of the Department of Surgery at Montefiore Nyack Hospital, and practices with Highland Surgical Associates in West Nyack, NY. Dr. Fleischer earned his medical doctorate from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He completed his General Surgery Internship, Residency and Chief Residency at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City.

William P. Semanczuk, MD is a board-certified anesthesiologist with extensive experience in hospital and ambulatory centers. He received his medical doctorate from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark, NJ, completed his internship at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center and his residency in Anesthesiology at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, both in New York, NY. De. Semanczuk is the Director of the Department of Anesthesiology at Montefiore Nyack Hospital, an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine and a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the American Society of Anesthesiologists and the New York State Society of Anesthesiologists.
