The Ortho RN Patient Navigator position is within the Case Management department of the hospital. As an Ortho RN Patient Navigator you will manage the Ortho cases utilizing the nursing process to provide optimal quality and continuity of nursing care from the pre-operative setting through a sixty-day episode of care.
