The Support Services Supervisor works closely with Management to support the daily operations of the Environmental Services, Food & Nutrition Services, Linen Services, and Patient Transportation departments to ensure optimal operation of support services, including the cleaning & disinfection of the environment of care, food and nutrition patient services, culinary and retail operations, patient transport, linen distribution, waste management and pest control.

To perform clerical and secretarial duties within the perioperative services department, including gathering procedure clearances for medical records, scanning records, and supporting PAT (pre-admission testing) department with documents related to the procedures. Collaborates with department personnel to facilitate a teamwork environment.

The sales associate will support the manager in assuring the smooth operation of the Gift Shop.  They will be responsible for providing a service-oriented atmosphere, maintaining cleanliness and order and filling in staples (candy, soda, flowers, greeting cards, sundries, balloons, helium).  Also responsible for candy orders and assuring that balloons are in stock as needed.

The Ortho Care Coordinator will utilize the nursing process to provide optimal quality and continuity of nursing care from the pre-operative setting through a 60-day episode of care. Will assist the patient throughout the transition of care to ensure their well-being and achievement of the desired outcomes.

Supports patient care delivery by providing clerical services. Performs a variety of clerical and technical supportive services related to the admission, discharge and transfer process as well as maintains the medical record function and facilitation of patient care delivery.

This position is responsible for designing and implementing integration solutions between Epic and other systems. The Laboratory Analyst will be involved in the full life cycle of interface development including requirements gathering, build, test, go-live and production support. The Laboratory Analyst will be required to utilize strong technical skills and business understanding to solve issues related to the health system interface(s). Review and update EPIC testing/specimen requirements in accordance to the testing procedures.
