Michael I. Levy, MD, Chief of Psychiatry at Montefiore Nyack Hospital
Dr. Levy specializes in general adult and adolescent psychiatry and memory disorders. A diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Dr. Levy is an attending psychiatrist and Chief of Psychiatry at Montefiore Nyack Hospital and a psychiatrist with Highland Medical Psychiatry in Nyack, New York. Dr. Levy received his medical doctorate from Albert Einstein School of Medicine in the Bronx, New York, and completed both his internship and residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. Following residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, Dr. Levy was the Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and the Director of Psychopharmacology Clinical Research Ward. He is currently a consulting psychiatrist at the Friedwald Center in New City, NY, Northern Manor Nursing Home in Nanuet, New York, and Pine Valley Center in Spring Valley, New York. In addition to his work in the field, Dr. Levy has served as the Director of The Psychiatric Clinical Research Unit at Veterans Administration Hospital in the Bronx, New York, and as an assistant professor of psychiatry at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City.
