The Nurse Manager provides clinical and administrative leadership for the Pre-natalCenter. Responsibilities include 24-hour accountability for the management and long- term planning of the PrenatalCenter. This includes implementation of the nursing process, staff development and enhancement of the quality of patient care specific to the age/development of the patient population and cost containment. The Nurse Manager provides leadership, motivation and clinical expertise in the management and coordination of a specific to the PrenatalCenter to provide quality patient care.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Masters Preferred. 3 years related prenatal experience demonstrated with leadership qualities. National Certification in area of expertise. Current New York State License as a Registered Nurse. BLS; membership in a professional organization preferred. Attendance at continuing education programs.
