The HR Specialist – Records Custodian will serve as an integral member of the HR team and will assist with facilitation of the new hire on-boarding process by ensuring that all new hires files are audited for compliance. Back up support to HRIS when needed. Facilitates the processing of information relevant to employee recordkeeping and ensures compliance with ongoing professional licensure of employees in accordance with legal requirements. Serve as a member of the HR Audit Committee with regard to the annual employee performance evaluation process. This position is Monday - Friday, 32 hours per week, full time with Benefits.
2. Experience: A Minimum 1 to 2 years of previous Human Resources records management experience preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience in an HR & Payroll database system a plus.
